We want you to love your jewelry! If you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to let me know what issues you are having with your order. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of you receiving your order. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are the full responsibility of the customer. A refund will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
